Maya Ubud Resort & Spa Bali, Indonesia

If you’re dying for one last taste of warmth with luxury then this is one place you might consider booking a ticket to Bali.  Nestled in the middle of nature this place has got everything you’re looking for.

Check out the full run down with additional pics here.

Solar Flower of Buenos Aires

The Floris Genérica is one the most recognizable images of Buenos Aires. Walking along Avenida Figueroa Alcorta from the Facultad de Derecho to the MALBA, it is not unheard of to be asked directions to “the big metal flower”. Standing in the center of the Plaza Naciones Unidas (United Nations Plaza), in a 40-meter reflecting pool, the flower was erected in 2002 as a gift from architect Eduardo Catalano. The metallic petals flex and bend with the light as the sun sweeps across the sky. It’s art first, green-tech second.

If you get the chance, check it out.  It is amazing.

The Ciclotte Exercise Bike

The Ciclotte features a complex dual satellite epicycloid transmission, a carbon-and-alcantara adjustable saddle, a touch-screen display, pedals placed closer to the saddle for correct biomechanics, a slender, unicycle-style frame, and unique carbon handlebars.  Honestly, it’s probably the only exercise bike on the market you would want people to see.  Only thing is, it’s a tad steep at its $10,700 asking price.  But, when it all comes down to it, the Ciclotte Exercise Bike not only looks f-ing great but it also gets/keeps you in shape.  What more could you ask for out of your exercise equipment.

Kill City Fall/Winter 2010

Kill City is a clothing line with edge.  High quality but definitely not high price, with most of their line coming in below 200 bucks.  Not bad, considering all of their clothes look about ten times more expensive.  The inception of Kill City by owner and CEO Drew is pretty kick ass too:

IT WAS HALLOWEEN 1979 – THE GERMS, FEAR AND BLACK FLAG AT THE HONG KONG CAFÉ IN CHINATOWN. THREE WEEKS LATER MY HAIR WAS CHOPPED AND SPIKY. I WORE MOTORCYCLE BOOTS, TIGHT BLACK JEANS AND A BOWIE DIAMOND DOGS T-SHIRT WITH THE SLEEVES CUT OFF. I WORE A CHAIN AROUND MY WAIST AS A BELT AND POSSIBLE WEAPON IN CASE THE JOCKS CAME AFTER ME. I WAS A PUNK ROCKER – MY STYLE WAS ALL MINE, EVERYONE STARED AT ME. I WAS ALL ALONE AND COMPLETELY FREE. MAKING DIFFERENT CLOTHES IS MY LIFE. FINDING, CREATING AND DISCOVERING YOUR OWN STYLE IS WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT.

New York City

Gotta love the city that never sleeps.  It scored the number one spot in the Askmen.com Top 29 Cities To Live In 2010 Edition.  I’ve gotta agree but that’s just my opinion.  What’s your favorite city and why?

Check out the number one spot here.
